Foster and Volunteer PAW-looza

Don’t miss the Foster and Volunteer PAW-looza, hosted by Options Veterinary Care! This one-of-a-kind group event aims to help local animal rescue groups and shelters reach new foster caregivers and volunteers, collectively enabling everyone to save more dogs and cats in need. The event is free and open to anyone with an interest in helping animals in the local community. 

The event will feature over 15 local animal rescue groups in attendance actively seeking fosters and volunteers, delicious treats from the Big Blue Q Tahoe food truck, fun activities, giveaways and more—plus the first 75 people who sign up to volunteer or foster for one of the groups will get free, fresh churros!

If you are unable to attend, be sure to check out a brand new website, www.fosternevada.org, which is being created to help promote foster opportunities in Northern Nevada. It’s a collaborative, community resource for smaller shelters and rescue groups to save more lives together. Be sure to sign up for updates to get the latest news and follow their progress!
