We are open Monday through Friday, and closed on weekends and major holidays. New appointment hours will be as follows:

Monday 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. ​

Tuesday 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Wednesday 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Thursday 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Friday 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Deposits: For all clients, there will be a non-refundable deposit for exams and surgery, including spay-neuter. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the service. In the event that you do not show up or fail to cancel or reschedule 48 hours before your appointment, the deposit will become a surcharge. If the non-refundable deposit is out of reach, please call us at 775-499-3700.

Payment: We accept credit and debit cards, and checks, as payment for services.

Cats: All cats must be in a carrier to be seen in our clinic! If you don't have one, we'll provide one. Keep cat carriers closed and secure at all times (especially in the parking lot) until they are in the exam room.
