Options provides affordable veterinary care to those who cannot otherwise afford it for their pet. No beloved pet should be surrendered to a shelter or euthanized for purely economic reasons.

Options treats dogs, cats, and occasionally, other small pets. Services include preventive medicine, diagnosis and treatment for illnesses and injuries (including surgical intervention when this is the best option), dental care, spay/neuter, and client education.

Options is seeking a full or part-time experienced veterinarian. Options offers flexible schedules, no nights, weekends, competitive wages and benefits, and no expectation to upsell products. We value work/life balance and provide a positive team environment. Clients are often senior citizens and low-income families who cannot otherwise afford veterinary care for beloved pets. The clinic opened in 2020 and is fully equipped with diagnostic and dental equipment as well as a surgical suite for dogs, cats and occasionally, other small pets.

Veterinarians working at Options may be eligible for Public Service Federal Student Loan Forgiveness. Customer Care Supervisor— full-time

Options Veterinary Care has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced, outgoing, mature professional individual to join our innovative, mission-oriented nonprofit veterinary clinic in a rewarding leadership role! The Customer Care Supervisor will oversee the customer service representatives (reception staff) as well as manage a variety of business processes to help ensure the smooth operation of the clinic. They will work closely with the other team members to create a positive environment and ensure quality and compassionate customer service is delivered to clients. Specific qualifications include prior customer service, preferably in human services, medical practice experience, or other related industries, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and an associate or bachelor’s degree.

Kennel Assistant — part-time

The part-time Kennel Assistant is responsible for maintaining proper disease control protocols, including cleaning of facility, preparation of surgical packs, laundry, and general maintenance of facility. Schedule is two to three hours per day, two to five days a week on Mondays through Fridays.
