Veterinarian — Full or Part-Time
Practice with purpose. Stay for the impact.
At Options Veterinary Care, being a veterinarian means more than diagnosing and treating—it means ensuring that access to care is never the barrier between a pet and the life they deserve. Our clients are often seniors and low-income families who love their animals deeply but have limited options. Here, your work directly keeps pets in homes and out of shelters.
We’ve intentionally built a clinic where you can focus on medicine—not metrics. No upselling. No production pressure. Just high-quality care, thoughtful medicine, and a team that values collaboration and balance. With a fully equipped facility, flexible scheduling, and no nights or weekends, this is a place where experienced veterinarians can build a sustainable, meaningful career—not just get through the day.
We’re looking for someone who wants to put down roots—someone committed to growing with a mission-driven organization and making a lasting difference in a community that truly needs it.
Veterinarians working at Options may also be eligible for Public Service Federal Student Loan Forgiveness, making this not only a meaningful career choice, but a practical one as well.
And beyond the clinic—Reno offers an incredible quality of life. With year-round outdoor recreation, a vibrant arts scene, and excellent dining and entertainment, it’s a place where you can recharge outside of work. Plus, Lake Tahoe is just a 45-minute drive away, offering easy access to one of the most beautiful природных escapes in the country.
If you’re looking for a long-term role where your skills truly matter—and your impact is visible every single day—we’d love to meet you.
