Become a Foster! 

Foster families play a vital role by opening their homes and hearts to cats and kittens in need of temporary care. Whether for a few days or a few weeks, fostering provides these animals with the love, safety, and socialization they need to thrive. Our foster program was created to address critical gaps in community resources, helping relieve overcrowding in local shelters and ultimately saving more lives.

 

As a foster, you’ll provide a nurturing environment while we handle the rest—Options supplies medical care, a starter kit, training, ongoing support, and adoption coordination when your foster pet is ready for their forever home. Step Into a Leadership Role: Foster Coordinator
 

We’re also seeking a dedicated volunteer to serve as a Foster Coordinator—an essential role within our program. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and driven by compassion, this is a unique opportunity to support both animals and the people who care for them. Responsibilities include communicating with foster families, coordinating appointments, responding to inquiries, and maintaining foster resources. Training is provided, and portions of this role can be done remotely for added flexibility.
